Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sensation Family Salon and Spa, we value your time and trust. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures transparency and smooth service for all clients.

  1. Appointment Cancellation

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be considered a late cancellation, and service slots cannot be guaranteed for rescheduling.

No-Show Policy

  • If a client does not arrive for the appointment without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a No-Show.
  • Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
  1. Rescheduling Policy
  • You may reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Last-minute rescheduling may not always be accommodated due to therapist schedules.

Service Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services, as wellness and massage experiences are subjective.
  • If you are dissatisfied, please inform us during the session or immediately after, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Prepaid Services / Advance Payments

  • If you have paid in advance and wish to cancel before 2 hours of your appointment, your amount will be:
    • Refunded, or
    • Adjusted to a future appointment—whichever you prefer.

Package Purchases

  • Refunds are not allowed on purchased packages once sessions have begun.
  • Unused sessions may be transferred to another person only with prior approval.
  1. Gift Cards / Vouchers
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable.
  • They can be used only for services listed and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  1. Service Delay & Spa-Initiated Cancellations

If We Need to Cancel

In rare cases such as therapist unavailability or operational issues, the spa may cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • You will be notified at the earliest.
  • Any prepayment will be fully refunded or can be rescheduled at your convenience.

If We Experience Delays

If your service begins late due to spa-related delays, we will:

  • Extend your service duration (where possible), OR
  • Offer an alternative benefit to ensure customer satisfaction.
