  • If you are late, your session time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.
  • We reserve the right to decline service if a customer is behaving inappropriately, intoxicated, or violating spa rules.
  1. Payments
  • All prices listed on the website or at the spa are inclusive of services as described.
  • Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made through available methods at the spa (cash, digital, etc.).
  • Full payment may be required before service for certain treatments or peak hours.
  1. Health & Safety

For your safety and ours:

  • Please inform your therapist about any medical conditions (injuries, allergies, surgeries, etc.).
  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health issues.
  • The spa is not responsible for adverse effects caused due to withheld medical information.
  1. Personal Belongings
  • We request clients not to bring valuables during their visit.
  • Sensation Family Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
  1. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment:

  • Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of the session.
  • The spa maintains a strict professional service policy.
  • Harassment or misconduct will lead to refusal of future service and may involve legal action.
  1. Gift Cards, Offers & Packages
  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Offers cannot be clubbed unless mentioned.
  • Packages must be used within the validity period.
  • Unused package sessions may be transferred only with management approval.
  1. Changes to Services or Hours
  • We reserve the right to modify our services, prices, or operating hours as needed.
